Booking a Piercing Appointment

MINOR FOR *PIERCINGS* MUST HAVE A PARENT/GUARDIAN WITH VALID ID. MUST BE 21+ IF GUARDIAN.

If Minor please have Parent/Guardian fill out wavier form & accompany you at the time of the appointment with a Valid form of identification. Parent/Guardian Must be present inside of building to complete wavier form. Must be 21+ Parent/Guardian must stay with minor for entire process.

Smash is our Lead Piercer , has an experience of 12+ years specializes in all Body Modifications to Piercings. (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) *Oral piercings Thursday, Friday, Saturday *
Smash Slices (Male Piercer)
Kim has an experience of half a decade now , Specializes in Basic Piercings. (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday) ( *Kim does not do any Oral piercings*)
